Michelle joined CarpeVITA Home Care in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in medical billing across specialties including chiropractic care, pain management, mental health, and auto accident claims. She also has 15 years of retail customer service experience, strengthening her commitment to clear communication and excellent support.

Outside of work, Michelle has spent 28 years mentoring and coaching youth through a nonprofit organization. She is a proud mom of two daughters, a devoted pet parent, and the sole caregiver for her mother living with dementia—giving her a deeply personal understanding of the importance of compassionate home care.

In her free time, she enjoys time with family and friends, trips to the beach, and cheering on her favorite football and soccer teams.
