Monica Duffy
With a healthcare career spanning over 15 years, Monica has dedicated her professional life to enhancing patient care and education. Starting in 2008 as a medical assistant, she quickly demonstrated her commitment and skill, which led her to a significant role as an office and clinical coordinator at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her passion for knowledge and teaching then guided her to the realm of education, where she instructed aspiring medical assistant students at a technical school, overseeing both classroom learning and hands-on clinical training.
In 2022, Monica joined the CarpeVITA Home Care Team as an On Call Care Coordinator, where she continues to make a significant impact, both in the office and through her on-call support.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Monica enjoys life as a wife and mother to three wonderful boys. She is a proud football mom and an autism advocate, often found cheering loudly on the sidelines at her kids’ sporting events. When she’s not traveling or advocating, Monica enjoys the little moments at home with her family.
