Tina has been our Community Relations Specialist since 2017, bringing warmth, energy, and deep community roots to everything she does. She markets CarpeVITA’s services throughout the communities we serve, builds strong relationships with local partners and business leaders, and helps recruit the very best home health aides in the tri-state area.
After caring for loved ones herself, Tina saw firsthand the need for trusted non-medical home care. Those experiences made her transition into the field both natural and deeply meaningful.
A lifelong Wilmington resident, Tina has been involved in her community for decades. She has served on numerous charitable boards and committees, volunteered for her children’s schools, and supported a variety of local nonprofits.

A graduate of St. Elizabeth’s High School and the University of Delaware, Tina is a sports and travel enthusiast who loves cooking for family and friends—and she never misses a chance to spend time at the beach.
